Karma beach

Karma beach is a sandspit on the north end of Koh Lipe island in Thailand. It is just a part of Sunrise beach. However, it has its own name, as there's nothing like that in Koh Lipe. De facto this is an ordinary sandbank, but many people like it. There is a good snorkeling offshore, but you should be aware of strong currents. Shore and seabed: sand. [edit]

Hotels [edit]

Near Karma Beach there are several hotels, that are quite typical for Koh Lipe. However, it makes no sense to stay here, as the island is small and you can easily walk to any beach, - no matter where your hotel is located.

How to get there [edit]

Fly to Bangkok international airport (BKK). Next fly to Trang airport (TST). Next take a taxi to Pak Bara village (Pakbara) and get to Koh Lipe by ferry of by public speedboat.

It is also possible to get to Koh Lipe via the neighboring Langkawi island. In this case you should first fly to Langkawi airport (LGK), and next take a ferry to Ko Lipe.

The best time for a holiday on Karma Beach in Koh Lipe island is a dry season in the winter half of the year.
