Kinneret lake (Sea of Galilee)
Ultimate guide (November 2024)
Kinneret (Sea of Galilee) is a freshwater lake in the northern Israel. There are everywhere some kinds of beaches, but no one seriously considers this place as a beach destination. Ancient Tiberias town is a main attraction for jews, while christians are focused on the north-west coast, where Jesus did most of his miracles. Shore and seabed: rocks.
