There are no hotels directly by the beach. The nearest hotels are located a bit to the north in Westpunt town. The cheapest rooms, available via online booking, cost about $80-90 per night.

Fly to Curacao International Airport (CUR). Next hire a taxi, or get by bus (called Konvoi), or get by shuttle mini bus (called BUS.).
