Lagoon Beach
Ultimate guide (December 2024)
Lagoon is an artificial beach of Hilton Resort in Waikoloa village, Big Island of Hawaii. This is a rare place on an island with sandy bottom and without waves. It makes sense to rent a cabana for a full day. Swimming in shallow water is great for children. In addition, there are many turtles and fish. There is also opportunity to swim with dolphins. Sometimes sea water in the lagoon becomes somewhat muddy. So you should not expect azure water like the Caribbean. Shore and seabed: sand.
