Lambert Bay beach
Ultimate guide (December 2024)
Lambert Bay is a great beach in the northeast of
Tortola island, BVI. There are many trees and palms ashore, the sand is white, while entry into the water is smooth. However, waves are often very strong being suitable only for California residents. Please also note that the place is located in the middle of nowhere. So you'll have to take an expensive taxi to get to other interesting spots on the island. Shore and seabed: sand.

Hotels [edit]
Wyndham Tortola BVI Lambert Beach Resort is a four star property with rooms starting from US$250 per night. It has private beach, so value for money is good enough. But if fares will be much higher, it makes sense to search for some other accommodation option.
How to get there [edit]
Fly to
Tortola - Beef Island airport (EIS) and next hire a taxi.
When to go [edit]
Virgin Islands don't have a pronounced rainy season. So it is good here almost all the time. A certain risk is only holiday during the hurricane season from June to October. On the other hand, the winter half of the year features cold sea water, that may be not suitable for many persons.
