Levera beach
Ultimate guide (December 2024)
Levera is a wild beach in the northwest of
Grenada island. This is a notable spot for watching Leatherback Turtles from March to August. However, the beach is closed from 6 pm to 6 am during this period, so you can get here only with a guided tour. As for the swimming, this is not a good place due to strong waves and dangerous currents. In addition, there are usually a lot of seaweed even in the high season. This is rather a place for secluded walking with great views of the nearby small islets. Shore and seabed: sand, stones.
