Lokrum island

Lokrum - is an island near Dubrovnik in Croatia. There are no good beaches. In the open sea, you can swim from the rocks only. However, the water is very clear. There is also inner salt lake, which is a bit like a Mexican Cenote. Shore and seabed: rocks. [edit]

The island has no hotels, and camping is prohibited. Feel free to choose any hotel in Dubrovnik.

How to get there [edit]

Fly to Dubrovnik International Airport. Get to Dubrovnik by taxi or by bus. There is a good ferry connection between Old Town and Lokrum island.

The best time for a holiday vacation in Croatia is the summer half of the year.
