Long Beach

Long Beach is the most remote beach in the Koh Chang island of Thailand. It's almost as beautiful as famous White Sand Beach, but without the crowd. There is also the best rastaman bar in the whole of Chang. Shore and seabed: sand. [edit]

Hotels [edit]

Tantawan Resort is the only hotel around. It's located a 10-minute walking distance to the south-east of Long Beach. Unfortunately, this property is poorly presented in the international booking systems.

How to get there [edit]

Fly to Bangkok international airport (BKK). Next get to Trat - by the taxi, or by bus, or by plane. Next take a ferry to the Chang island. Next hire a taxi.

Long Beach has bad transport availability in comparison with other Chang beaches. However, it gives you a chance to get a great beach with a minimal amount of people.

The best time for a holiday in the Long Beach of Chang island is a dry season from November to March.
