Longboat Key is an island to the north-west of the Sarasota city in Florida. Miles-long beach is one of the longest in the United States. Longboat Key is a unique place. Though the island is quite large, there is no budget hotels. It looks like that all of the property owners think that they are in the Maldives, and set the appropriate price for the rooms. If you are not a Rockefeller, we recommend to look for another place for your holiday.

Fly to Tampa International Airport (TPA) or fly to Fort Myers International Airport (RSW). Next hire a taxi or take a bus.
