Loukas beach

Loukas is a beach in the north of Tunisia. This is a wild coast being relatively popular, since there is a restaurant and rental of tiki huts. However, there are still no toilets, nor showers. The place is beautiful. However, coastal vegetation is rather poor, - quite like everywhere else in Tunisia. Usually, only rare car travelers can be meet here. Résidence Louka is a guesthouse with rooms' rates starting from US$50 per night. Rooms are quite basic. However, you'll have no choice, since this is the only hotel in the area.

The best time for a beach holiday in Tunis is a warm period from June to September.
