Lower Bay beach
Ultimate guide (November 2024)
Lower Bay is a great "local" beach on the Caribbean coast of
Bequia island, Grenadines. Unlike more popular Margaret Beach, it's not so crowded, as cruise passengers don't consider it to be good enough. But in reality, it is better and cheaper. There are both trees, as well as palms. The water is perfectly clear and calm - like in a pool. There are also restaurants and basic guesthouses. As for the downsides, it is only worth to mention a rocky bottom along some areas of the coastline. Shore and seabed: sand, stones.
