Majorda is a great beach in Central Goa. This is a canonical type of a popular resort area with many shacks, beach boys and different kinds of water amenities. But still it's not overcrowded, and landscape is beautiful - with palms and white sand. Entry into the water is comfortable, and there are usually no strong waves. Shore and seabed: sand.

Most accommodation options in Majorda are basic guesthouses located a short distance from the coastline. However, it's not a problem to walk 10 minutes to the beach, while room's fares start from as low as US$15 per night.
How to get there [edit]
Fly to
Goa international airport - Dabolim (GOI). Next hire a taxi or take a bus.
In addition, there is Majorda Railway Station located about 2 km from the beach. You may walk this distance in a less than half an hour, but it is better to take a tuk-tuk.
