Malakibay beach
Ultimate guide (March 2025)
Malakibay is a beach of
Punta Baja town in Palawan Island, Philippines. This great tropical paradise is located in an unpopular district of the island, thus never being overcrowded. But the place is still manicured - unlike many "fishing" island's beaches. The bay is long with many secluded shaded spots under the trees. However, if you are looking for some activities, your hotel will provide kayaks and beach volleyball. Shore and seabed: sand.

Hotels [edit]
Barnes Beach Resort and
Palawan Ecolodge are beachfront hotels with rooms' fares starting from US$60 per night. Their bungalows are basic. However, these are still quite decent options for secluded stay on an almost wild beach. It is worth to bring a mosquito net for your bed. Since sometimes there are a lot of mosquitoes here.
How to get there [edit]
Fly to
Puerto Princesa airport (PPS). Next hire a taxi.
