Maoming beach

Maoming is a beach in the south-west of China. This is not the most popular resort destination. So it's relatively uncrowded (but in reality still slightly crowded). There are many palms and good promenade ashore. The beach is sandy with smooth entry into the water. Anyway, this is a good place, if you happen to get to this side of China. Shore and seabed: sand. Near Maoming beach, there is a good choice of hotels with rooms' fares starting from US$40 per night. The most notable options are Kyriad Marvelous and Vienna International Maoming.

Fly to Zhanjiang airport (ZHA). Next take a taxi.

When to go [edit]

The best time for a beach holiday in the south-west of China is April and October-November. The main problem is that the summer is a rainy season (from May to September), while it is too cold in winter (from December to March).
