Marina di Puolo beach
Ultimate guide (December 2024)
Marina di Puolo is a good beach to the west of Sorrento in Italy. Almost the entire coast is sandy with a smooth entry into the water, thus being suitable for the smaller children. Both the sea, as well as the surrounding rocky landscape is beautiful. Sunbeds are tightly packed together during the high season. And after that, there is no shower, nor toilet ashore, which can be a problem if your hotel is not located somewhere nearby. Shore and seabed: sand, pebble.

Hotels [edit]
There are just a few beachfront accommodation options, and rooms' rates are about US$500 per night. The cheaper hotels (from US$100) are located a little on the hill, so the way to the sea and back turns into a little adventure.
How to get there [edit]
Fly to
Naples international airport (NAP). Take a train to
Sorrento station. Next hire a taxi or take a bus.
Please note, that tickets for some buses should be purchased in advance. And in general, public transportation from Sorrento to Marina di Puolo is not very convenient.
