Marina di Scilla beach
Ultimate guide (December 2024)
Marina di Scilla is a great seaside town in Calabria, Italy. This is the nearest beach (called
Marina Grande) to the north of Reggio Calabria, which does not suffer from cold current of the Strait of Messina. However, local cold currents sometimes happen. There is a cozy promenade with palms, while
Castello Ruffo di Scilla can be seen to the east, followed by the interesting Old Town. Shore and seabed: pebble.
