Mazizini beach

Mazizini is a beach located between the Old town (Stone Town) and the airport of Zanzibar island. In general, views are scenic enough. But the beach is not very good for swimming. The sand is not white, but rather like a mud. There is also problem of strong low tides, when the sea goes far and the landscape becomes completely sad. Shore and seabed: sand, pebbles. [edit]

Fly to Zanzibar international airport (ZNZ). Next hire a taxi.

At the current time, there are many direct flights to Zanzibar. So connections flight via Dar es Salaam makes sense only in case, if you plan a safari on the mainland.
