Moso island

Moso is a barrier island located to the north-west of Efate in Vanuatu. This is a great place for diving, snorkeling and watching the turtles. There are also many different beaches - both ocean side, as well as in the lagoon. Shore and seabed: sand, stones. [edit]

Hotels [edit]

Tranquility Island Resort are basic bungalows (from US$50) in the south-west of the island. This is exact place, where the best beaches of Moso are located.

How to get there [edit]

Fly to Port Vila international airport (VLI). Then hire a taxi or get by bus to Havannah Harbour. There is no scheduled connection with Moso. In most cases these are tours, or hotel's transfer, or occasional boats from locals.

When to go [edit]

The best time for a beach holiday in Moso island is a dry season from July to October.
