Mounu is a a small private island in the south of
Vava'u archipelago in Tonga. Most of the coast is more suitable for snorkeling only, but there are also few areas with a good entry into the water. The island has only few bungalows, so you are guaranteed almost total privacy. Shore and seabed: sand, stones.

Mounu Island Resort is the only hotel on the island of Mounu. Room rates start from US$300 per night. It is possible to book only at the hotel's website. As for the advantages, we may note excellent restaurant and special conditions for the honeymooners.
How to get there [edit]
Fly to
Tonga International Airport (TBU). Next take a domestic flight to
Vavaʻu International Airport (VAV). There are also flights from Fiji to Vava'u islands. Next take a hotel's transfer by car and boat.

The best time for a beach holiday in Tonga's Mounu island is a dry season from May to October.
