Narada beach

Narada is a surfer beach on the southeast coast of Hainan island, China. The beach is beautiful and not overdeveloped. Unfortunately, waves are usually strong being good for surfers, but not so good for swimming. However, sometimes there are also days with a calm sea. Shore and seabed: sand. [edit]

Narada Resort & Spa is the major beachfront property in this district. There are also many apartments for rent nearby.

How to get there [edit]

Fly to Sanya international airport (SYX). Then hire a taxi. Or you may also fly to Haikou international airport (HAK). But it is located in the north of the island - far from most tourist attractions. You can move around the island by buses. But it can be hard to understand how local transport is operating.

When to go [edit]

The best time for a beach holiday in the south-west of China is April and October-November. The main problem is that the summer is a rainy season (from May to September), while it is too cold in winter (from December to March).
