Numana beach

Numana is a beach resort town in Marche region, Italy. There are many mountains and hills around, so the views are spectacular. The north beach (aka Numana Alta) is more beautiful and wilder. But on the other side, the southern beach has a great view of the Old Town located atop. Please keep in mind, that this is rather popular destination due to its relative proximity to Ancona. Hotels [edit]

Rooms' fares in the Old Town start from US$200 per night. It will be cheaper a little further to the north or to the south (room from US$150 per night). Since the choice of hotels is limited, and these are located near the sea. Therefore, the price tag is high anyway.

How to get there [edit]

Fly to Ancona airport (AOI). Next get by the local train to Osimo Castelfidardo station. And finally get by taxi about 5 km to the east.

When to go [edit]

The best time for a holiday on the beach of Numana is a warm season in the summer half of the year.
