Oceanward beach

Oceanward is a private beach located two hours drive from Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. So most of visitors are locals, and it is usually overcrowded during the weekends. There are many picturesque palms ashore. While the whole area is pretty nice. There is also free public beach nearby, but without trees. If you don't prefer the hotel's breakfast, feel free to visit fish market with some kind of a food court. Seafood is cheap and tasty there. Shore and seabed: sand. [edit]

Oceanward Hotels & Resorts is a 2-star beachfront property with rooms' rates starting from as low as US$40 per night. Their service is not quite upscale. There are also few minor problems. However, value for money is still great.

Fly to Ho Chi Minh International Airport (SGN). Next hire a taxi.

When to go [edit]

Feel free to visit southeast Vietnam any time of year. But the best time is a dry season from November to April.
