Pecem beach
Ultimate guide (December 2024)
Pecem is a beach in the western suburbs of Fortaleza, Brazil. There is a long pier in the east end, which effectively protects against the strong waves of Atlantic Ocean. In fact, there is not much shipping activity around that pier. The beach itself is also very good. There is white sand and palms ashore. Entry into the water is smooth, while views are beautiful. So this is a great place without crowds of tourists. The reason is that the village is small being unable to accommodate a lot of people. Shore and seabed: sand.
