Perast is considered to be a city of millionaires. But still there is a great choice of cheap accommodation options with the rooms' fares starting from as low as US$40 per night. So even if you are on a limited budget, it makes sense to stay here for one or two nights.

Fly to Tivat international airport (TIV). Next hire a taxi. In addition, many sea tours include a visit to Perast. You'll have a limited time to see the town, but the tour will be cheap.
