Pescara-south beach
Ultimate guide (November 2024)
Pescara-south is a south beach of Pescara in Abruzzo region, Italy. The sea is shallow and warm - with a lot of breakwaters. So this is a perfect spot for small kids. It also makes sense to stop here, if you don't have a car, - since the old town and supermarkets are located within a walking distance. Unfortunately, the coastline is overdeveloped. But this is a city beach anyway. Shore and seabed: sand.

Hotels [edit]
In the central area of Pescara, rooms' fares starts from US$60 per night. While right near the beach, it is slightly more expensive. Most of the hotels are poor (except for few upscale options). So guesthouses are the best, if you are looking for nice rooms with good value for money.
