Pigeon Island beach
Ultimate guide (November 2024)
Pigeon Island is a resort beach in the north of the Caribbean coast of
Saint Lucia. White sand and clear water are great. As for the downside, it is worth to mention, that most of palms are located behind the ridiculous fence. The fort atop is a great bonus, as well as few wild beaches located near the hill. You can also walk to the Atlantic coast of the isthmus, but there is nothing interesting. Shore and seabed: sand.

Hotels [edit]
Sandals Grande St. Lucian is an upscale property for those who hate children. Rooms' fares start from US$1300 per night. It looks slightly overpriced. And even butlers and all-inclusive meal plan will not help with it.
How to get there [edit]
Fly to
Hewanorra international airport (UVF) or fly to
Castries regional airport (SLU). Next hire a taxi.
When to go [edit]
The best time for a holiday on Pigeon Island beach is a dry period from December to May.
