Pingwe beach
Ultimate guide (November 2024)
Pingwe is a beach on the east coast of
Zanzibar island in Tanzania. There is fine white sand ashore, as well as trees and palms. Of course, the views are better near expensive resorts. In the water, there is a problem of low tides being typical for almost entire coast of Zanzibar. However, everything is not so bad. First, anyway there is a high tide during the daytime - in the morning, or in the noon, or in the evening. Second, during the low tide, you can walk along the bottom looking at the marine life. In addition, at low tide you can always find spots, where you can lie in shallow water. Shore and seabed: sand, stones.
