Plage de la Raguette beach

Plage de la Raguette is the secondary "castle beach" on the French Riviera. Unlike the main beach, the castle is not quite nearby, but still within a walking distance along the sea. The scenery is pretty nice. While swimming in the shallow water is very good for children. You can also snorkel along the sides of the beach. Shore and seabed: sand, stones. [edit]

Fly to Nice international airport (NCE). Next get by train to Mandelieu-la-Napoule station.

The best time for a beach holiday on the French Riviera is a warm period in August. Since this is the only time, when sea water is relatively warm.
