Playa Calovebora beach
Ultimate guide (December 2024)
Playa Calovebora is a low key beach on the Caribbean coast of Panama. The coast is long and beautiful, but without regular cleanups. Depending on the current weather conditions, it may be either clean, or on the contrary, littered with snags and other rubbish coming from open ocean. The village itself has not much of tourist amenities. Cafes are open sometimes. But sometimes, there is only a small general store available. Probably, the best option to visit this place is a daily trip from Santa Fe through the magnificent
Santa Fe National Park. It is better to have a 4WD vehicle, but it's not mandatory. Shore and seabed: sand.
