Playa Carlos Rosario beach
Ultimate guide (December 2024)
Playa Carlos Rosario is a beach in the northwest of
Culebra island, Puerto Rico. This is not the best beach on the island. However, it's not crowded - unlike more popular Playa Flamenco beach. Anyway, it's still pretty good here. There are many trees, while the snorkeling is very good. Entry into the water is mostly rocky. However, it is still possible to find few spots with sandy bottom. Shore and seabed: sand, stones.
