Playa Carrasco beach

Playa Carrasco is a secluded eastern beach of Montevideo in Uruguay. The beach is long and rather beautiful. In addition, during the low tide, natural pools are exposed being good for children to swim. Unfortunately, there are almost no trees. There are also no shops or cafes. The best time for a beach holiday in Uruguay are January and February. Since sea water is very cold the rest of the year.
