Playa de Limon beach

Playa de Limon is a beach on the Caribbean coast of Honduras. The place is pretty nice, but too non-touristic. All available amenities are related with the hotel only. The sea is rather mediocre here - often with strong waves. But there is a long lagoon to the east of the village, as well as beautiful sand dunes along the coastline. Shore and seabed: sand. [edit]

Hotels [edit]

Hotel el Aventurero is the only accommodation option in Limón town. It is more like a guesthouse, but a decent one. They are almost not presented online.

Fly to La Ceiba international airport (LCE). Next take a taxi.

The best time for a beach holiday on the Caribbean coast of Honduras is a dry season from March to August.
