Playa del Medio is a beach in the northwest of Tayrona National Park, Colombia. The beach is beautiful, with good swimming and secluded. Since boats tours from Santa Marta usually skip this spot. As for the ground transportation, it is possible only from more popular Playa Gairaca beach. You'll have to walk half an hour via the mountain. So most tourists stay away from it. There are several bungalows on the beach. But these are abandoned most of time. Shore and seabed: sand, pebbles.
