Playa Neguanje is a popular beach in Tayrona National Park, Colombia. In fact, this is just an entry point to the more beautiful beach of Playa Cristal, which is located a little to the right. First, you drive along a hard dusty road. Next you walk through the forest to Neguanje beach. And then you take a boat to Playa Cristal beach. It is worth to take a lot of money. Since entrance fee to the National Park depends on the mood of local employees. Beach cafes are also very expensive. Shore and seabed: sand.

There are no hotels near Playa Neguanje beach. It is best to spend a night in Santa Marta, and to get here during the day time.
How to get there [edit]
Fly to
Cartagena international airport (CTG). Then get by bus or by taxi to one of the towns located around the Tayrona park, - in most cases these are Santa Marta or Taganga.
The tour to Park includes boat transportation (from one hour per way) or by bus. In the last case you'll have to walk from road to the beach, - about 1.5 hours of hard walking through the jungle.

You can relax any time of year on Playa Neguanje beach in Columbia. There is no pronounced rainy season, while sea water is always warm.
