Port Aransas beach
Ultimate guide (November 2024)
Port Aransas is a large resort town in the north of Mustang Island, Kansas. Beaches are one of the best on the Gulf of Mexico, so it may become overcrowded during the weekends. Buildings are located at some reasonable distance from the water edge, while the south end of the beach is pretty wild. Shore and seabed: sand.

Port Aransas has a huge choice of hotels with rooms' fares starting from as low as $90 per night. That is very cheap by the standards of coastal Texas. Probably, this is the reason for the place being so popular.
