Port Royal beach
Ultimate guide (November 2024)
Port Royal is a beach in the northwest of
Cat Island, Bahamas. Sea water is pure azure, while entry into the water is smooth and comfortable. There are also several rocky areas with good snorkeling. On the other hand, coastline is not so perfect. The sand is white, but vegetation is rather poor. However, you will always find a shaded tree or palm, because there are almost no visitors here. Shore and seabed: sand.

The best time to travel to Cat Island is a dry season in the winter half of the year. However, the summer is also good. Since sea water is much warmer, and there are no crowds of tourists.
