Protaras beach
Ultimate guide (December 2024)
Protaras is a popular beach resort town on the east coast of
Cyprus island. There is a nice sand, as well as scenic palms along the promenade. Entry into the water is smooth, while the depth is rather comfortable. Sea water is usually perfectly clear. But it depends on the current weather conditions. The city has a great choice of restaurants and bars, so you definitely won't get bored. A little to the south, there is also famous Fig Tree Bay beach. But it's not so good :) Shore and seabed: sand.
