Rabat is a beach in the historic center of the capital of Morocco. It's very good for the city beach, but too crowded when the weather is fine. However, just a bit to the north there is a larger beach of
Sale Ville, which is not so populer among locals. Shore and seabed: sand.

The city beach of Rabat is well located near the Old Town (
Rabat Medina), which has a large choice of hotels from $50 per room per night.
How to get there [edit]
Fly to
Casablanca International Airport (CMN). Next get to Rabat by train. There is good bus and tram services in town, but in many cases it will be much more interesting just to walk on your own.
Rabat also has its own
airport (RBA), which serves no many flights. However it is a regional base for some European low cost airlines.
When to go [edit]
The best time for a beach holiday in the Rabat town of Morocco is a warm season from June to October.
