Ranveli is an island resort in South Ari atoll of the Maldives. Most of the coast is not suitable for swimming. However there is classic Maldivian beach - with a sandspit, palms, white sand and good snorkelling. In general, this is a good budget island, though slightly overcrowded. Shore and seabed: sand, stones.

Hotels [edit]
Ranveli Island Resort is a 3-star hotel with rooms' rates starting from US$250 per night, being one of the cheapest private islands in the Maldives. Unfortunately, the hotel's level corresponds to its price, - don't believe to the claimed 4 stars. But it's quite Ok, if you are on a limited budget and for some reason don't want to stay on the "local" island.
