Reethi Rah island

Reethi Rah is an artificial island with the longest coastline in the Maldives, North Male (up) atoll. The beach is perfect almost everywhere - with white sand, palms and good entry into the water without stones and shells. The bad thing is that there's no snorkeling at all (no fish, nor corals in the water). And besides many electric cars always drive around the island, that is not very comfortable for a secluded holiday. Shore and seabed: sand. [edit]

One&Only Reethi Rah is a top-end 5-star resort being one of the most luxurious in the Maldives. It is one of the most expensive as well. The room's rate with all possible discounts start at US$1300 per night. And after that you'll spend for meals a minimum US$300 per day. All other fares are also proposed for those, who have unlimited budget.

How to get there [edit]

Fly to Male international airport (MLE). Next take a hotel's high-speed yacht. The journey takes 40 minutes each way. The cost of round-trip transfer with all taxes is US$600 per adult (or US$300 per child). Though expensive, it's not just an ordinary speedboat, but the real luxury yacht with two cabins.

When to go [edit]

The best time for a beach holiday at the resort of One & Only Reethi Rah in the Maldives is a dry season from January to April. As for the rainy season, the weather is generally quite acceptable as well, but there are maximum 2-3 sunny days during the week.
