Rio Esteban beach

Rio Esteban is a low key beach in the west of Colón region of Honduras. The place is beautiful and relatively wild. So if you walk to the left or to the right along the sea, it won't be a living soul for miles. However, the village has all necessary amenities - including cafes of Brisas del Caribe (El hoyo de bacho) and Media Luna (Donde Nuncha). There is also available boat transportation to Cayos Cochinos islands. Though this is not the closest place on the mainland, if you want to get to these islands. Shore and seabed: sand. [edit]
