Sadah beach
Ultimate guide (December 2024)
Sadah is a beach on the Indian Ocean coast, Oman. The real Sadah town is located a little to the west (5 km, shops and ATMs, but no swimming on the city beach - only fishing boats). Sadah Beach is quiet and scenic. It is made of small pebbles or coarse sand. There are usually no strong waves due to its bay location. There is a hotel restaurant, mens/womens toilets, as well as children's playground. The distance from Salalah is 130 km. So this place never becomes overcrowded. Shore and seabed: pebbles, sand.

Hotels [edit]
Sadah Beach is a three-star hotel with rooms' rates starting from US$50 per night. The hotel is slightly outdated. But it is still good enough for the money. Wild camping is also possible. Since it is not prohibited here.
How to get there [edit]
Fly to
Muscat International Airport (MCT) or fly to
Salalah International Airport (SLL). Next get by bus or hire a taxi.
When to go [edit]
The best time for a beach holiday in Salalah is spring and autumn. Summer and winter are also good enough, but sea water is cooler. In winter - because it is winter, and in summer - because there are a lot of clouds in the sky.
