Salang beach
Ultimate guide (November 2024)
Salang is a popular beach in the north of
Tioman island, Malaysia. There is a pier getting ferries from the mainland, as well as a lot of hotels and restaurants. The beach is not bad - with palms, white sand and clear water, but slightly overdeveloped. This is one of the few places on Tioman offering some kind of a nightlife - with bars and discos. There is a good snorkeling in the south end of the beach - along the rocks. Shore and seabed: sand, stones.
