Shengjin is a popular beach in the northern Albania. In general, this is a very good place. And if you move to the south, it will become much better. Almost all negative reviews refer to the north end of the coastline - with a lot of high-rise buildings, a crowd of tourists, as well as garbage on the beach. But a little to the south, there are just a few people and much more trees. So if you don't want to walk every day to a better spot, it makes sense to take a hotel in the south of the town.
