Sidi Mechreg beach

Sidi Mechreg is a beach in the northwest of Tunisia. Ancient ruins are the major local attraction. In fact, it is just a fragment of arch in poor condition. In addition, there is La Cabane restaurant in the east end. The beach itself is rather mediocre. But swimming is very comfortable. Good hiking is also possible in the nearby hills. There are no hotels near the beach of Sidi Mechreg. However, wild camping is still possible, - quite like almost everywhere else in Tunisia.
