Snoopy beach

Snoopy is a hotel beach in the south of Al ʻiqqah town, UAE. Snoopy Island has good snorkeling, while breakwaters protect from strong waves. As for the coastline, it is beautiful and manicured. If you are not a guest of Sandy Beach resort, entry fee is about US$40 per person. Please note, that if you just visit their expensive restaurant, you still don't have the right to use their beach. Sandy Beach Hotel & Resort is a 4-star property with rooms' rates starting from US$150 per night. The hotel is not so good as one might expect, but value for money is still Ok. There are also several more hotels located to the north, but these are even more expensive.

How to get there [edit]

Fly to Dubai international airport (DXB) or fly to Sharjah international airport (SHJ). Next get to Fujairah by taxi (1.5 hours) or by bus (longer, but much cheaper).

When to go [edit]

In Fujairah, sea water is warmer during summer half of the year. But on the other hand, it is not so hot during winter half of the year.
