Sofitel beach
Ultimate guide (November 2024)
Sofitel is an island resort in
Bora Bora, French Polynesia. To be honest, it has no beach at all. Both the island and entry into the water are rocky, and it is not what we expect from Bora Bora. However, the home snorkling is very good. Shore and seabed: stones, sand.

Hotels [edit]
Sofitel Bora Bora Private Island is a five-star hotel with a minimum room's fare about US$500 per night. The property proudly presents itself as the only boutique resort in Bora Bora, but it doesn't worth too much. Both premium and budget segments may offer other cozy hotels, which (unlike the Sofitel) have also nice beach.
How to get there [edit]
Fly to
Tahiti international airport (PPT), and next fly to
Bora Bora airport (BOB). Next take the hotel's transfer by boat. The costs for the round trip is US$120 per person, but some sources tell that it's free.
When to go [edit]
The best time for a beach holiday in Sofitel Resort of Bora Bora is a dry season from April to September.
