Soneva Kiri is a hotel beach in the north-west of
Koh Kood island in Thailand. Hotel's luxury tries to compensate disadvantages of the beach itself, - ugly sea bottom is exposed at low tide, while high tide brings muddy water. Shore and seabed: sand, stones.

Hotels [edit]
Soneva Kiri is a premium hotel being a part of the global Soneva group. Room rates start from $2000 per night. It's a cosmic money by the standards of Thailand.
This is the case when people choose "the hotel", - not the beach. It doesn't matter for them, that nearby there are better beaches with cheaper hotels. The main thing is a prestige.
How to get there [edit]
Fly to
Bangkok international airport (BKK). Next take a flight on a small plane to the airport of Koh Kood island. Airstrip is located on a tiny islet just near the Soneva Kiri. The opportunity to get to Koh Kood by the air is the main reason to choose this hotel.
When to go [edit]
The best time for relaxing on the beach at Soneva Kiri in Thailand is a dry season from November to March.

Useful information [edit]
Soneva Kiri has also
South Beach, which recently was abandoned by the hotel. This is a great loss for the hotel's guests, as that beach was much better than the main - northern beach.
