Inglesi beach
Ultimate guide (December 2024)
Inglesi (Spiaggia Degli Inglesi) is a small wild beach hidden in the rocks - just near the main port of
Ischia island in Italy. However, it has a free shower, a cafe and sunbeds rental. It is a nice place with picturesque views and without crowds of tourists. The stony bottom is great for snorkeling, but it is not comfortable to walk on it. There are breakwaters under the water along the shore, so there are usually no waves. Occasional thermal springs slightly heat the sea. Shore and seabed: sand, stones.

How to get there [edit]
Fly to
Naples international airport (NAP). Take a train to
Pozzuoli station and get by ferry to
Ischia Porto - the main port of Ischia island. Next walk about 10 minutes (5 minutes to the shore and another 5 minutes walking down the stairs).
