Starbay beach

Starbay is a beach in Phu Quoc island, Vietnam. Most of the coastline is covered with picturesque palms, - definitely prepared for construction of new upscale resorts. Many shaded trees can be found in the north only - right near that beauliful town looking quite like Venice. The place is located in the middle of nowhere. But on the other hand, it's right near that "Venice". In addition, there are just a few people on the beach. So this is a great spot in all respects. Shore and seabed: sand, stones. [edit]

Crowne Plaza Phu Quoc Starbay, an IHG Hotel is a five-star beachfront resort with rooms' fares starting from US$100 per night. This is a great hotel, - though their service is not quite perfect. As for value for money, it is the best ever! A little to the north - near Venice beach, there is also a great choice of apartments from US$30 per night.
